This is a perfect hash for a weekend breakfast or brunch. It’s so simple and delicious. It will replace some of the good memories of those breakfast places that we used to go on Saturday mornings before the S.I.P. time. The potatoes are brown crispy outside and creamy inside. The caramelized onion flavored ground beef is tender and addictive. If you’re in mood for a savory dish for your weekend morning, this hamburger hash is the winner.
