I hope the 5 minutes cooking a healthy and delicious dish makes it a very delightful and pleasant kitchen experience for everyone.  Our family finished the dish in no time.  The chicken tastes so light &amp; tender, the bell peppers are refreshingly sweet and crisp.  It goes perfectly with some steamed rice. Sprinkle some lemon juice over the stir fry and the rice, yum!
