Green beans are  one of the most popular Asian vegetables. They&#8217;re easy to cook and you can eat them raw. But green beans can also be easily overcooked. Here I&#8217;m showing you my tips on how to preserve their beautiful green color, the texture and the sweet taste. The green beans that you order in the restaurants are often deep-fried first before the second step &#8211; stir fry.
