I have little doubt that I started eating noodles as soon as I could eat solid food as a baby. Noodles were my childhood to adulthood food, snacks, breakfast, dinner and everything in between. My unwavering love for noodles is like the thread that connects my childhood memories with the life I have now. Noodle dishes are a delightful blend of modern convenience and traditional authenticity. I love the fragrant smell, the delicious taste and the springy texture of the noodle strains. In recent years, my kids have developed their deep love for my various noodle dishes. There are so many kinds of noodles dishes, and each will have its own touch of the local taste where it originates from.
