Banana bread is my to go baked food. It’s a relatively healthy and very fulfilling snack. My kids love them. It’s easy to make and I don’t need the recipe since it’s stuck in my head after many years of baking it. Today I’d like to add something new to my usual banana bread recipe for a fresh taste, but it should maintain the sweet banana flavor. Mandarin is my pick since it’s still in season. And I love mandarin for its less sour, sweeter and stronger taste. Let’s give it a try and find out how it tastes.
