Baked Banana Bliss

This healthy banana bliss will brighten your day. It’s sweet and warm inside and crispy outside with Pistachio and Graham cracker crumbs.

Ingredients

  • 3 banana evenly sliced in half
  • 2 tbsp flour Or gluten-free flour
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp Pistachio crumbs

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degree F
  • Mixed the flour with lemon juice first and then mix in the egg and vanilla
  • Prepare the pistachio and Graham cracker crumbs using the mortar and pestle
  • Dip the half sliced banana into the batter first and transfer it to the crumbs plate, using the dry hand to cover the banana with the crumbs.
  • Lay 6 sliced bananas on the baking sheet and put it to the oven
  • Bake about 15-20 minutes. Remove the baking sheet from the oven once you smell the amazing aroma from the oven.
  • Drizzle some chocolate syrup to make it even more irresistible!
