Baked Banana Bliss
This healthy banana bliss will brighten your day. It’s sweet and warm inside and crispy outside with Pistachio and Graham cracker crumbs.

Ingredients
- 3 banana evenly sliced in half
- 2 tbsp flour Or gluten-free flour
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp Pistachio crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degree F
- Mixed the flour with lemon juice first and then mix in the egg and vanilla
- Prepare the pistachio and Graham cracker crumbs using the mortar and pestle
- Dip the half sliced banana into the batter first and transfer it to the crumbs plate, using the dry hand to cover the banana with the crumbs.
- Lay 6 sliced bananas on the baking sheet and put it to the oven
- Bake about 15-20 minutes. Remove the baking sheet from the oven once you smell the amazing aroma from the oven.
- Drizzle some chocolate syrup to make it even more irresistible!
