Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degree F
Mixed the flour with lemon juice first and then mix in the egg and vanilla
Prepare the pistachio and Graham cracker crumbs using the mortar and pestle
Dip the half sliced banana into the batter first and transfer it to the crumbs plate, using the dry hand to cover the banana with the crumbs.
Lay 6 sliced bananas on the baking sheet and put it to the oven
Bake about 15-20 minutes. Remove the baking sheet from the oven once you smell the amazing aroma from the oven.
Drizzle some chocolate syrup to make it even more irresistible!
