2cupalmond nuts
2cuppecan nuts
3tbspwarm water
1tbspflouralmond flour or gluten-free flour for gluten-free
1teaspoonMonk fruit golden sugar Or white/brown sugar
1/2teaspoon black truffle saltor table salt
3dropsMaggi sauce
2teaspoonbacon fat/lard
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/4teaspoontajin powder
1tbspSrirachaor your favorite hot sauce
1tbsplemond juice
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F
In a large mixing bowl, add the warm water to the flour, sugar, salt and bacon lard to mix them well.
Add the rest of the ingredients to bowl. Mix them well. Add a 1/4 teaspoon warm water or flour to find the right consistency for the batter.
Mix the almonds and pecans in the bowl. Fold them by a big spoon for a couple of minutes to make sure all the nuts are evenly coated with the batter. Pour them into the baking sheet and lay them as flat as you can.
Bake them in the oven for first 15 minutes and lower the heat to 280 for another 15 minutes. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow the nuts to cool down for 15-20 minutes.
