Ingredients
3packagetofucut into 1 inch cubes, let them drain for 10 minutes first
1cupchiveschopped, 韭菜
1/2teaspoonturmeric郁金粉,薑黃
2clovesgarlicsmashed and cut into small pieces
dry red chili flakesoptional
2teaspoonsaltor to taste
ground black pepperto taste
1/2cupavocado oilor any high smoke point cooking oil
Instructions
Cut the tofu into one inch cubes and put them in the strainer for 5 minutes to drain the liquid
Heat the skillet over a high heat. Add the avocado oil in the pan once it's hot. Add in the ground black pepper, garlic and the dry chili powder (optional) into the hot oil. Give it a quick mix before adding the tofu. Stir the tofu constantly to make sure they're well mixed and seasoned. Let the tofu cook for 5 minutes and add the salt. Give them some good mix and then add the turmeric powder to the tofu. Stir everything well and let them cook another 5 minutes in the high heat. Add in the chives at the last moment. Mix them well and remove the skillet from the heat.
